As part of the Worcester Life Stories project, the team has produced all sorts of resources to support local interest, education, and upskilling. Two key web platforms are now available; Life Stories Herefordshire & Worcestershire and Know Your Place Worcester. Life Stories H&W includes a number of downloadable ‘Life Packs‘ to aid reminiscence with family members or in group sessions.

Oral History skills – recording memories

Throughout the project, we have been fortunate to capture many amazing stories and memories from local people. Some of these have been captured privately as part of people’s own individual Life Stories and others have been recorded as part of a programme of public engagement and shared via the interactive map on Know Your Place.
